Magnificent 4 bedroom villa with a private pool, ideally located on Marbella's prestigious 'Golden Mile' in an upmarket urbanization, enjoying both views of La Concha mountain and the spectacular Mediterranean sea. Situated just above the Puente Romano Hotel and Marbella Club Hotel in-between Puerto Banus and Marbella with their abundance of shops, restaurants, quaint cafes and just over 1KM to the beautiful sandy beaches and it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop, restaurant and bar.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa next door is undergoing renovations at present but has stopped all works for the summer season, whilst there is a view of it, it will not affect your stay in any meaningful way as it is only a small part of the outstanding views.

Well equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, high spec newly fitted gourmet kitchen, 75" flat screen TV, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and hob along with 8 seat covered dining table. This villa is very peaceful and secure. Large open plan living and fabulous kitchen dining area with covered terrace overlooking the salt water pool and beautiful lush sub tropical gardens.

4 bedrooms are en suite and have their own outdoor private terrace areas. Very peaceful and private setting yet only 15 minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops etc and about 4 minutes by car. Entire home, gardens and pool to enjoy (excluding locked basement). I will be near by during your stay so I can be contacted at any time. A Cleaner arrives every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for up to 3 hours each time to carry out pre allocated routine cleaning maintenance.

The gardeners have access twice weekly, usually for around 3 hours each visit to keep the gardens in good condition for your enjoyment, this is a very necessary job which has to be done year round.

Although well located for local amenities a car would be advisable. Taxis are easily available and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill just outside Puente Romano Hotel.

PLEASE NOTE late check out after 11am is not available, we recommend that if you have a late flight that you book an extra day as due to villa preparation time we can not offer a late check out, also check-in is AFTER 4pm on day of arrival.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings at any time, the property is for 8 people only at any time as it is in a quiet private exclusive residential area and must also be quiet between 23.00 hours and 08.00 hours to comply with our community regulations.
